Unless otherwise noted, the design of the Site, the Site as a whole, and all materials that are part of the Site (collectively, ‘Contents’) are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by Tickle Quo or its subsidiaries and affiliates.

Tickle Quo may provide you with links and references to other sites, but we are not responsible for the content of those sites and shall not be liable for any damages or injury arising from that content. We use cookies to help gather general information and save user preferences to help enhance the shopping experience at Tickle Quo. You may delete cookies at any time from your browser.

The Contents are intended solely for your personal, noncommercial use. You may copy other Contents displayed on the Site for your personal, noncommercial use only. No right, title or interest in any Contents is granted or transferred to you as a result of any such copying. Except as noted above, you may not reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, any of the Contents or the Site.

Despite our efforts, items on our Site may occasionally be mispriced. Tickle Quo retains the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Tickle Quo shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If payment has already been made or if the credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, Tickle Quo shall promptly credit the credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

This Privacy Policy describes how www.ticklequo.com collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you visit or make a purchase from the Site.

Collecting Personal Information
When you visit the Site, we collect certain information about your device, your interaction with the Site, and information necessary to process your purchases. We may also collect additional information if you contact us for customer support. Device information:
Examples of Personal Information collected: version of web browser, IP address, time zone, cookie information, what sites or products you view, search terms, and how you interact with the Site.
Purpose of collection: to load the Site accurately for you, and to perform analytics on Site usage to optimize our Site.
Source of collection: Collected automatically when you access our Site using cookies, log files, web beacons, tags, or pixels
Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify, Google, and Instagram from our website integrations with Google and Instagram

Order information:
Examples of Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, other payment methods accepted), email address, and phone number.
Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify, Google, Instagram, Intuitive Shipping (a Shopify app)

We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above.

We use your personal Information to provide our services to you, which includes: offering products for sale, processing payments, shipping and fulfillment of your order, and keeping you up to date on new products, services, and offers.

If you are a resident of California, you have the right to access the Personal Information we hold about you (also known as the ‘Right to Know’), to port it to a new service, and to ask that your Personal Information be corrected, updated, or erased. Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Our shipping policy is super straightforward:

In stock orders ship within 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted in the product description. Shipping is flat rate 7 USD within the U.S. Delivered to doorstep by UPS Ground.

You will receive a separate email with a tracking link. Please allow 24-48 hours for the link to become active. If you have a question about a specific order, don’t hesitate to reach out at hi@ticklequo.com. Thanks so much for your support!

Returns

As a very small business we are unable to accommodate returns for refund at this point. We do however, offer store credit on most items (see below). If you are unsure of an item, or need any additional information, please feel free to email us before purchase, and we will help as best we can.

If you would like to return your item for any reason, please email hi@ticklequo.com within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for exchange or store credit. In order to qualify for a return or exchange, all items must be unused and in original packaging. Please specify in email whether you wish to exchange your goods or receive store credit. Once the return or exchange has been authorized, items must be shipped back to us at the below address within 7 days of approval. We recommend shipping with tracking as we cannot be responsible for any items which do not arrive to us. As soon as our warehouse receives and approves the return, we will issue a unique store credit code via email which can be used on our webshop.

Damaged Merchandise

We will happily replace any defective merchandise. Please contact us at hi@ticklequo.com within 30 days of receipt of item to qualify for replacement. Before contacting us, please note the following:

  • in order to qualify for an exchange, please include date and place of purchase (ie, on our website, in a store, etc) and image of damaged / defective item

  • if your item arrived damaged, please contact us with an image of the issue upon its arrival. Items which arrive damaged are eligible for replacement only if the item has not been put to use after discovery of damage. Additionally, please do not attempt to alter or correct the product before contacting us, as this may render it ineligible for exchange.

  • if damage occurred after 30 days, we cannot guarantee replacement but will in all cases do our best to help

  • please take care when mailing any items back to us and in all cases provide tracking information. We cannot be responsible for any packages which are lost en route or damage which occurs during transit due to improper or insufficient packaging.
